On Saturday morning Elliott peed on my friend Alison's DVD of The Wrong Guy. Of course he had to soil a borrowed DVD and also one that isn't exactly easy to find. I couldn't find it for sale in my area so I bought it online on Monday from www.amazon.ca I love that site. It arrived yesterday and was very reasonably priced. I also received my blue dress in the mail yesterday. Bliss. I love mail.

Shopping til my Feet are Raw and Bloody

I haven't blogged in ages. Life in Toronto is good. I'm not travelling anymore, but I am shopping like mad. I check http://www.modcloth.com/ every day. They have really cute items for your home or bod and include free gifts in your purchase. Love them! Here are some fabulous dressese I've bought recently. The yellow one I bought at Dennis' House of Vintage on Queen Street West. It's a vintage 1960s dress, which was originially $80 but since the staff liked me, they gave me 30% off. I'm wearing it to my sister's wedding in a week. I bought the cute shoes from Groovy on Queen Street West. They're from Rocket Dog and are from the Fate collection. You can find them on http://www.rocketdog.co.uk/. I also have a beautiful gold clutch that I was given for a Christmas present by my fashion forward friend Erica. Yay! The blue dress I bought from http://www.kittygirlvintage.com/ I love it. It's a 1950s cocktail dress and I got it for less than $100. I don't have anything to wear this ensemble to...yet, but I'm hopeful something will come up this summer. The red and blue dress is my fav. I bought it from http://www.reddressshoppe.com/ It was super cheap too and makes me think of Alice in Wonderland although it looks nothing like Alice's dress. This is going to be the summer of strutting my stuff in dresses. Wish me luck.
